6. Shipping

We ship to the following countries:

  • United States: 4–9 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–11 business days

  • Canada: 4–9 business days

  • Australia: 5–11 business days

7. Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the order as Delivered.
Title to the products transfers once payment is completed and the order is shipped.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Important notes:

  • opened or used supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

  • damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced or refunded

  • refund processing time: 5–14 business days
